By subscribing to Velle's services at byvelle.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not subscribe. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Velle.
Velle provides subscription-based brand design services on an async basis. All work is delivered digitally. Turnaround time is 48 hours from the time of submission, subject to our daily cutoff. No calls or meetings are included in any tier.
The scope of work for each tier is as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside the scope of the subscribed tier or that conflict with our content policies.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your billing cycle begins on the date of your first payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Velle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to services through the end of the period you have paid for. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Two revision rounds are included per request across all tiers. Additional revision rounds beyond the two included will be deducted from the following month's request allocation. Revision requests must be submitted via your dedicated Notion board.
Upon receipt of full payment for the applicable period, you own all final deliverables produced for you, including source files. Velle retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring that any assets, copy, or materials you provide to Velle do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
We commit to delivering requests within 48 hours of submission, subject to our daily cutoff times. If we miss a deadline, we will provide a credit, bonus request, or priority queue placement at our discretion. This is our sole obligation in the event of a missed deadline.
Velle's liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the most recent billing period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
You agree not to use Velle's services to create content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions that violate this policy without refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these terms at any time. Active subscribers will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
